    It is always so easy to schedule an oil change with Foster. I can always get a time that works for me and I am kept informed of the process. I also like that I get coupons for services in the mail that helps keep the cost down! The last dealership I dealt with was a hassle and could not get an appointment very easily.

    We will not bring our vehicle back. The auto body was horrible with communication. We were told we’d have our vehicle back in 1 week and we didn’t get it back for 3 weeks. The service center was wonderful though other than when they put the oil change sticker on my window they left oil and grease all over on my window. But everytime I called to see the status of my car they seemed to know more then auto body themselves.

    The service department at Fosters was absolutely amazing! I arrived in Sandusky with my family for a night at Kalahari on a Wednesday . When I got off the freeway my check engine light came on in my 2025 GMC Acadia. I noticed my engine fan was running and it looked like I had dumped some sort of coolant went I was unloading our vehicle. I was able to get my family checked into the hotel and searched out the closet GMC dealership which was Ken Ganley Buick/GMC. I arrived there at about 3:30 PM. I explained to the service representative that I was from out of town and only in for one night. In not so many words I was told he couldn't help me and couldn't even guarantee me getting my car back before the weekend. I left feeling dejected scrambling with what to do being an out of state traveler 3 hours away from home. I found the next closest GM dealership which was Foster Chevrolet. I arrived there around 4 PM and was met by service representative Chris Titus. I explained what had happened and my situation. Chris and the service manager went to work for me. They provided me with a free loaner car and said they would push up my vehicle on the list so it would get looked at sooner. They didn't promise that it would be done by the next day, Thursday, but said they would try. That's all I needed to hear to be satisfied was that they were going to try and take care of me. I left for the waterpark and was able to enjoy the night with my family not worrying about a vehicle repair. The next morning the service manager called and told me what the problem was. She even said that she was going to send out an employee to another dealership to buy the necessary parts that morning so I didn't have to wait another day for the part to be delivered. Chris called around 3 PM later that day and said my car was fixed under warranty. We were able to go pick it up and return home safely. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for me and my family. Because of their kindness and understanding I was able to enjoy my time with my family without worrying. Simply put they were amazing. If I didn't live so far away I would buy my next vehicle from them.
