    The staff was kind, courteous, and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner the same day even though I did not have an appointment, because my battery died and my Trailblazer had to be towed to Foster's.

    Chris Titus called me 10/29/25 to schedule an appointment after this whole situation that happened on 10/1025... I called the first of October 2025, & asked Foster can I bring my car in for the recall on the air bag. I had the recall paper for about three months. They said they couldn't get me in until the 10th but they have 2 of the airbags on the shelf.. My daughter followed me there on the 10th and I dropped my car off. Told them that I had made the appointment a week and a half ago. The guy asked if i had been there before because he said they couldn't find my vin # in the system.... I told him I had my car worked on a few years back for a air conditioning module replacement. I dropped myncar off & I told him I'd be back at 445 to pick it up. When I got there to pick my car up, the guys said, wait a minute. It hasn't even been worked on..... It looks like the part wasn't here. And said, i'm so sorry, ma'am, i'm going to have to reschedule you. I said, how am I going to know that you're going to have the part when I come? I said, just forget it, I'll call to make another appointment. My car was all the way at the back of the lot had the paper on the floor and the plastic on the seat. Then, Chris called me on the 29th and asked if I wanted to schedule that appointment. So explain to him how dissatisfied I was. He didn't really have too much to say. And I told him, i'm not sure i'm bringing it back. Then, today I get a text message saying, my car is done. And now I received an email asking how my service went on my car a few days ago when I never even had my car there. The airbag still hasn't been replaced. Not to mention when they change my air conditioning module a few years ago, they shattered my windshield, replaced it.And the new windshield leaks. When I told the guy that when I dropped my car off for the air bag recall, the guy said my vin # wasn't in the system. I told him the story of them shattering my windshield and destroying my interior and that I never complained about it. He said he would have. I'm unsure what's going on at the Sandusky Firelands dealership service department. I'm not sure why Chris kept me in the system. And sent me a text saying that my car was done when it wasn't serviced at all.

    The repair fellas were really nice & kept me updated on the progress of my car.The paint matched exactly on the damaged side to the rest of my vehicle. They explained everything very thoroughly to me.

    It shouldn't have taken 3 days to fix my truck since I made the appointment a week in advance, that should have been more than enough time to procure the parts needed.

    Vickie Holliday was wonderful to work with. There was only one thing I was disappointed with. When I picked up my car the insides of the windows were so cloudy it was difficult to see in the sun. Other than that I love my new Trax
