Appt. made 1 week prior. Arrived on time and on the right day after getting 3 or so notices about showing up. Dept. did not have my appt. when I arrived but eventually found it. Was told I had a recall on a child belt in back seat. Three years ago the first recall came and Foster said it was fixed. Next year same thing. This was the 3rd. time I was told I needed it fixed. Got home and received a notice that I never showed up for my appointment. Where was I and whom did I pay my bill too? So sorry to be a part of these infractions. Office help also needs a little help on personality toward customers. I will say that the work, that we can see, has been satisfactory taken care of. Car wash very nice and coupons sent a nice thing as well. Thank you for listening but you asked. Happy Holidays.
