Problem was first diagnosed wrong after I told them it was not going to be the issue. Paid for this part and labor. Second diagnoses was correct but had to bring the vehicle back for calibration after I was told it was complete and I paid the bill. Small compartment that was removed to replace the part was misassembled and would not close. I had to fix this myself after watching a you tube video.

I went in for a simple oil change. The team noticed a bubble on my tire and told me I wouldn’t be able to leave with my car for safety reasons. They said they would be able to put new tires on my car that afternoon. One man even volunteered to go pick them up if they weren’t in stock. I was thankful they caught the problem and were willing to go to the extra effort for me. I was told I would be shuttled home and that they would call me when they were finished. I waited all day for a call. I saw that they were open until 7. I didn’t want to call and bother them since they were replacing the tires when I didn’t even have an appointment. I assumed I was pushed to the end of the day, which I understood. I finally called to check on the status of my car at 6 pm. I was told that the service department was closed for the day. I was stuck at home with no car. I had no problem with the service taking longer than expected, but I wish someone would have called me or offered me a rental. I called the next morning. The tires were scheduled to be put on my car that morning. Thankfully, I didn’t have to be to work until 12. I was assured the tires would be on in 1 hour possibly 2. Again I waited for a call. It was over 2 hours when I got the call my car was done. Not a big deal, but I wish I wouldn’t be given a time frame if you can’t stick to it. I was not offered a shuttle service back to the dealership. While I am thankful you caught the issue with my tires, the lack of communication really makes me question things. I really felt stuck without a car or without alternative options being presented to me.

It took 3 half hours to change oil and filter. They broke the cap to the oil reservoir. After they supposedly were finished got home and they left a spark plug wire off. I didn’t need spark checked. I’m writing this as my husband is telling me. Today they called and wanted him to look and see if they had left a car key in his car. Didn’t find one.After he had gone back with car some lady called and said she was returning my call And I have no idea what she was talking about.publish my response if you want too. It’s all the truth there is more to tell about this experience.
