Excellent customer service. Pulled in parking lot and was greeted by sue. Told sue what I wanted and we got right to work.

I think they schedule to many appts at one time slow down over booking causes increased customer wait time

My car was dropped off and I was told it would be a little over two weeks, it was two days shy of two weeks when they called to let me know was picked up. The speed of service was excellent! Also, Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful when I came to pick my vehicle up, as I had some follow-up questions, as well as inquiries about detail work I would need in the future. 10/10 recommend!

The service tec chris went up and beyond to make my car the best it can be . Thanks to him I will be able to go to my doctor appointments in a safe and reliable car .

I heard a “noise” and we were leaving in 10 days for a 2 week trip to New England. Chris (I think) was not able to provide an exact service appointment time due to their prior commitments but did offer that we bring our vehicle in, leave it for some time for the service team to work it in when possible. There was an issue. A replacement part was ordered. The service work was covered by warranty and we had our vehicle back within a couple of days. We are very happy customers and thankful for the prompt attention to our concerns.
